Handmade Clause
All our products are handcrafted so there will be slight unique differences between each piece. This is the nature of the handmade process. Dimensions, shape and colour will vary slightly from piece to piece and as such, we feel this enhances the character of each product and is not considered a defect.
Colour Matching
Colour matching and eliminating colour variations from production batch to production batch is very difficult. Our suppliers of colour make absolutely no guarantees that colours will be the "same".
Portrayal of Products
The Michael Ruh Studio takes great care with its product photography to make sure that we are providing you with pictures that accurately and fairly represent the products we make and sell. While every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur. All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow. Please note there may be variations in colours dependant on the calibration and settings of individual computer screens. Glass finishes can vary from batch to batch, therefore, we recommend ordering multiples at the same time to ensure production will be from the same making sessions. Michael Ruh reserves the right to make any necessary changes in content or price or to discontinue items at our discretion.
Receipt of Order Confirmation
You will receive an Order Confirmation email as soon as you have placed an order. Please keep it in a safe place as we may ask you for information from it in any correspondence. If you do not receive this email please contact us so that we may investigate and confirm that your order has been placed successfully.
Prices
Prices are as set out on the website include the UK VAT rate of 20%. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time. From time to time it may be necessary to change prices either up or down, including any alterations to the rate of VAT. Any price changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.
Availability
All items are subject to availability. All our items are made to order, we specify a lead time that we endeavour to adhere to. Occasionally things occur outside of our control which may result in a delay to your order. We will do our utmost to keep these to a minimum and keep you continually updated on the progress of your order until completion.
Cancellation
You are entitled to cancel your online order providing you act within 7 working days of placing your order with us. If you wish to exercise this right prior to dispatch of goods please email info@michaelruh.com or call us on +44 (0) 20 8671 2000.
Please note your right to return products does not apply to Custom or Bespoke items, as these are made to your specifications. This does not affect your statutory rights.
